We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2021, at the age of 84, Barbara Westrich of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, born in Chaffee, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lemuel and Stella Mae Lape Andrews; her former husband DeWayne Henry Welter; her husband Quentin Westrich; and her son Kevin Welter.

She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Schaefer (Mike) of Oran, Missouri; and her grandsons, Adam Schaefer and Mitchell Schaefer.
