She was predeceased by: her grandchildren, Mark Anthony Vann, Mack Futrell, Futrell Temple Church of God and Dr. William Bird, Sr.. She is survived by: her brother Robert Mason; her children, Debra Vann and Robert Vann; her husband Sylvester Perry; her children, David (Gloria Jean) of St. Louis, Mark (Janice) and Peggy Vann of Cape Girardeau; and her sister Martha Jean Wilson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 18 great-grand-children; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
