He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Bell and Neva Monroe; and his daughter Billoma Bell. He is survived by: his daughters, Letia Walker of Cape Girardeau, Carla and Regina; his siblings, Calvin Bell (Laverne) of Belleville, Illinois, Vanessa Bell Byrd (Carlos) of San Antonio and Cheryl Diane Bell Porter of Huntsville, Alabama; and his friend Tonia Williams of Cape Girardeau.
