He is survived by: his sons, Billy Miller, Jr. (Kristina), Matthew Miller and Chris Miller (Nikki) of Cape Girardeau; and his brothers, David Miller (Malissa) of Herrin and Larry Miller (Cindy) of Cape Girardeau. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
