He is survived by: his wife Marilyn McCullough; his daughters, Stephanie Cantrell (Ben), Tammy Curtis (Mike), Mary Lewelling (Lew), Cathy Taylor (Arthur) and Susan McCullough (Micheal); his brother Robert McCullough; his grandchildren, Bridgette Wagster, Courtney Rogers, Caroline Jones, Michael Curtis, Jr., Tyler Lewelling, Matt Cantrell, Michelle Copeland, Trey Taylor, Madison McClendon and Maitlyn McClendon; and his great grandchildren, Tatum, Tanner, Presley Kate, Huxton, Maddox and Madaline. He is also survived by Other relatives and many friends.
