He is survived by: his wife Martha Nelson of Cape Girardeau; his sisters, Charlotte Wildman, Wanda Nelson and Betty Mayberry (Don); his sons, Jeff Nelson and Tim Nelson (Candi); and his grandsons, Tim Nelson (Beth) and Chase Nelson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
