We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2019, at the age of 81, Charles Franklin Horn (Cape Girardeau, Missouri), born in Danville, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie A. Horn and Virginia M. Orr Horn. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Strohmeyer (Darryl) of Chaffee, Michaela R. Smith of Cape Girardeau, Christina M. Horn of Murphy, California and Thomas Charles Horn Sr. (Diane) of Whitewater, Missouri; and his sisters, Louise M. Thompson of Tulsa and Betty J. Gann (Pete) of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
