It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Bess (Cape Girardeau, Missouri), who passed away on January 7, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joda Lee Bess; and her parents, Muriel Frueh and Murrell Frueh. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Holloway (Keith) and David Bess (Laura) of Cape Girardeau; her brother Robert Frueh (Martha) of Rolla, MO; and her grandchildren, Joda Keith Holloway of St. Louis, MO, James Holloway (Jessica) of Ballwin, MO and Joda Grace Bess of Cape Girardeau, MO..
Charlotte's family wishes to thank Katie, Deb, Angie, Jenifer and Tina at Chateau Girardeau who cared for Charlotte when she was separated from her family during the 2020 Covid lockdown.
