Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Daniel Joseph McKeon of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 80, on November 28, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan McKeon and Leona McKeon; his daughter Katie; his sister-in-law Elaine McKeon; and his brother Donald.
He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Kulish; his wife Barb; his children, Tim (Sherri) of Locke, Betsy Anders (Mike) of Cape Girardeau and Matt (Eileen) of St. Charles, Missouri; his brothers, Jim (Jackie) of Longmeadow, Massachusetts, Jack of Davenport and Pat (Packy) of Wheatland, Iowa; his sister-in-law Judy Hathaway (Jim) of Vienna, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Josh, Ryan, Cody, Katie, Luke, Daniel, Christopher, Jonathon, Zachary, Xavier, Madeleine, Adelaide, Gwendolyn, Vivian, Liam, Gavin and Keelan. He is also survived by his brothers, nephews, son and grandson.
The family would like to thank the St. Francis Medical Center COVID unit staff and ask that you keep them in your prayers.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for memorial contributions to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Notre Dame High School, and Birthright of Cape Girardeau.
