He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Hale of Cape Girardeau; his children, Claudette Radford of Chaffee, Beth Ann Bollinger of Jackson, Angela Hale of Cape Girardeau and Junior; his siblings, Virginia Blaylock of Jackson, David Ray Hale of Cape Girardeau, Tracey Hale of Sikeston and Johnny Hale (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Kevin Bevell, Sheila Kay Arnold and Jake Radford.
