He is survived by: his nephew Matthew Creason of Poplar Bluff; and his aunts and uncles, Betty Spence (Ramsey) of St. Louis, Lucille Bloess (Ramsey) of Warsaw, Missouri, Wanda Hughes (Murphy) of Bernie, Missouri, Don Murphy of Dexter, Missouri, Judy Thrower (Murphy) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Joyce Dunn (Murphy) of St. Charles, Missouri and Bob Murphy of Jefferson City, Missouri.
