It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Engelmann (Cape Girardeau, Missouri), who passed away on March 10, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Engelmann and Verna Engelmann (Mills). He is survived by: his wife Clara; his children, John Abernathy (Tracy) of O'Fallon and Tish Ice (Robert) of Wappapello, Missouri; his sister Carolyn Vandevan (Gene) of Ft. Myers, Florida; and his grandchildren, Jason Abernathy (Michelle), Bobbi Martin, Dustin Miller, Rachel White, Chance Abernathy and Jacob Abernathy. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Maple United Methodist Church, Safe Harbor Animal Shelter or a charity of choice.
