He was predeceased by: his parents, Zane C. Hulcy and Sharon B. Hulcy Barrows. He is survived by: his wife Laura J. Joyce August; his daughters, Zane Elizabeth and Gabrielle Finley Hulcy of Creve Couer; his aunt Margaret Spear of Cape Girardeau; his uncle Joe Hulcy (Debbie) of Red Oak, Texas; his siblings-in-law, Tony Wiggins of Cape Girardeau, Karen Mattingly of Jackson, Kathy Joyce of Jackson, Rita Johnson (Randy) of Eureka and Melissa Haring (Chip) of St. Peters; and his sibling's children, Robert Joyce (Terri) of Lake, MI, Scott Mattingly (Heather) of San Antonio, TX, Chris Mattingly of St. Louis, Brett Mattingly of Jackson, Casey Johnson (Ashleigh) of St. Louis, J. P. Haring of St. Peters, Madalyn Wiggins of Cape Girardeau, Jennifer Shrum (Scott) of Kevil, KY, Bailey Bagot (Jacob) of Essex, MO, Allison Johnson, Suzanne Johnson, Laine Johnson of St. Louis, Annesley Haring, Ella Haring and Jillian Haring of St. Peters.
