He is survived by: his sons, David Allen Tingle II of Cape Girardeau and Michael Allen Arnett of Pineville; his grandchildren, Ethan, Emily, Eli and Brad; his father Alfred Tingle of Bessemer; and his siblings, Joann Bell of Romeoville, Betty Tingle of Bessemer and Harold Tingle of Bessemer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives.
