She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse James and Hazel James; and her siblings, Virginia McCoy and Jerry James. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Kay Campbell and Robert Wayne Palmer, Jr. (Carol); her grandchildren, Dallas Paige Allen (Jarett), Benjamin Palmer Campbell and Krystal Nichole Finley; and her siblings, Mary Mosby and Robert James (Alice). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
