He was predeceased by: his parents, Carter W. and Glades Eltzroth, Sr. (Broshear). He is survived by: his wife Lillian Doris Hardy Eltzroth of Cape Girardeau. He is also survived by three daughters; one daughter-in-law; many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
