She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Mann and Esther Eubanks Mann; her former spouse Jesse Kelley; her sister Margaret Neatherly; and her children, Donald Kelley and Jessica Kelley.
She is survived by: her children, Nicole Petitt of Cape Girardeau, Deborah Kennedy of Chaffee, Steve Kelley of Jackson, Mark Kelley (Patricia) of Cape Girardeau and Doug Kelley (Mary) of St; her siblings, Evelyn Stocks (Joe) of Florida and Thomas Mann (Naomi) of Tamms, IL; her close friend Sharon White of Fredricktown, MO; and her friends, Wayne Baltzelle, Jake Wagnor and Jeanne Owens. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and six great-greatgrandchildren.
