She is survived by: her spouse William Perry McDonald; her daughters, Gayle McDonald, Tennessee Gwyn McDowell (Doug) and MissouriLisa Gore (Jamie); her sisters, Esther Lewis, Oleta Forsee and Lora Jones; her grandchildren, Adam McDowell (Susan), Sara Wood (Richard), Logan Alsup (Natasha), Ben McDonald and Spencer Alsup; her great grandchildren, Emma Wood, Ansley McDowell, Grayson Wood, Haidyn McDowell, Austin Henage and Kambreigh HenageOther; her parents, Oren Wren and Clarice Wren; her son Randy McDonald; her great grandchild Camdyn McDowell; and her brothers, Lahmon, Virgil, Thurman Wren and Mike. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. "Grandma Fern" would be found at any events that her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
