It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Cecelia Chandler (Cape Girardeau, Missouri), born in McClure, Illinois, who passed away on April 9, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Chandler; her parents, Ray Bunch and Ivory Bunch; and her sisters, Mary Petrazio, Nell Fortney and Dorothy Heilig.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Reams (Skip) of Manchester, MO, Patty Bertram (Jeff) of Shrewsbury, MO and Rick Chandler (Toni) of Allen, TX; her grandchildren, Alison Bertram, Scott Bertram (Abbey), Chris Reams, Caitlin Cunningham (Jackson) and Corinne Chandler; and her great grandchildren, Jace and Cecelia Bertram.
