She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Leonard and Mallie Shoemaker Leonard; her brother Gerald Leonard; her brother-in-law Joe Starr; and her child Richard W. Hogan.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy R. Hogan of Cape Girardeau and Donna J. Gross (Kevin) of Jackson; her granddaughter Kathryn M. Hogan of Florida; her sisters, Mary Starr of Branson and Karen Matthena (Jack) of Cape Girardeau; and her sister-in-law Barbara Leonard of Arkansas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary or Humane Society of Southeast Missouri, and will be accepted at the funeral home.
