He was predeceased by: his father Charles Birk; and his brother Charles Birk Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Birk of Cape Girardeau; his friend Yvonne Lessar; his significant other Yvonne; his daughter Kara Green (Scott) of St. Louis; his sister Gena Oxford (Raymond) of McClure, Illinois.; his great-niece Sarah; and his pet Bella Mia.
