He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Renick and Beverly M. Renick (Finnigan). He is survived by: his wife Donna of Cape Girardeau; his children, Steve Renick (Vickie) of Chicago, Mike Renick (Jessie) of Cape Girardeau, Nicki Thomson (Chris) of St. Louis and Chrissy Renick of St. Louis; his brother John Renick (Sharon) of Little Rock, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Lilly, Alex, Maggie, Isaac, Jonah and Cecilia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
