She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Reiter and Avis Potter Reiter; her husband James; her brothers, Ernest Reiter and John Reiter; and her stepdaughter Diane Hill.
She is survived by: her sons, James Killen Jr. (Teresa) of Franklin, Thomas Killen (Debbie) of Franklin and Michael Killen (Lisa) of Cape Girardeau; her stepdaughters, Susan Spurgeon of Florence and Kathy Sanderson of Rogersville, Alabama; her grandchildren, Shawn Killen, Jill Buckley, Amanda Thurman, Matt Killen, Nathan Killen, Stephen Killen and Emily Killen; and her sister Claudette Jines (Laddy) of Dexter, Missouri.. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to Fairview United Methodist Church in Puxico or LaCroix United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau.
