He was predeceased by: his parents, D. Janet Shivelbine (Powles) and L. J. "Freck" Shivelbine; and his brother Scott Shivelbine. He is survived by: his siblings, Mike Shivelbine (Kathy) of Cape Girardeau and Laurie Bret (Bob) of Dallas, Texas.; and his siblings' children, Matthew Shivelbine (Jenna) of Kirkwood, Elizabeth Winkler (David) of Maryland Heights, Erin of Dallas, Allison of Dallas and Megan Bret of Dallas. He is also survived by three great nephews and a great niece.
