It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Henry Morris Sessoms Sr. of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 15, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Broadus and Adelene Lackey Sessoms; his former wife Shirley Huffman Sessoms; his siblings, Eska Garrison (S. C.), John Broadus Sessoms, Jr. (Enith) and Bradford Kent Sessoms; his brother-in-law John Tallent; and his mother-in-law Becky Baldwin.
He is survived by: his wife Tamara "Tammy" Baldwin Sessoms of Cape Girardeau; his children, Deidre Bates Sessoms (David DeNuzzo) of Sacramento and Henry "Hank" Morris Sessoms, Jr. (Shannon) of Cape Girardeau; his grandsons, Alexander Sessoms DeNuzzo, Jason "Jace" Sessoms DeNuzzo and Henry "Trey" Morris Sessoms, III; his pet Ben; his sister Joyce Tallent of Johnson City, TN; his father-in-law Bill Baldwin, Sr.; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Baldwin, Jr. of Charter Oak, MO. and Chris Baldwin of Charter Oak, MO.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family.
