He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Miller and Kathleen Whittaker Miller; and his brother Frank Miller. He is survived by: his wife Carol Miller of Cape Girardeau; his sons, Horton "Skip" Miller Jr. (Kristin) of Collierville and Randy Miller (Laura) of Minneapolis, Minnesota; his sisters, Mary Hill of Woodstock and Matilda Farquhar (John) of Round Rock, Texas; and his grandchildren, Kara Miller, Courtney Miller, Drew Miller and Katie Miller. He is also survived by husband for 57 years and a loving father and grandfather.
