He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Frank and Irene Edwards Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Denise Pierce of Cape Girardeau; his son Jay Pierce (Angela) of Jackson; his sister Pat Uchitjil (Kevin) of Odin, Illinois; and his grandsons, Emmett and Oliver Pierce of Jackson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
