He is survived by: his children, Scott Tewis (Tina), Shane Tewis (Tami) and Laura Kozisek (Steve) of Kansas City, Missouri; his sister Diane Clark of Covington, Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Jackson, Grant Kozisek, Vivian, Xander, Kamryn Tewis and Gavin Pardeiro.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Southeast Missouri Hospital Cancer Center or Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
