She was predeceased by: her parents, Gopi Nath Agha and Janki Wattal; her brother Brij Nath Agha (Raj Dulari Agha); and her brothers-in-law, Rakesh Hakoo and Ram Ji Mattoo.
She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Sonia Tikoo-Schantz; her son-in-law Dr. Christopher Schantz; her grandson Leto Schantz; her siblings, Dr. Nancy Mattoo, Surender Kumar Agha (Nimmi), Mohan Mattoo (Lalta) and Chaman Wattal (Nirmal); and her siblings-in-law, Chaman Tikoo (Phoola), Tej Krishen Tikoo (Rameshwari), Sheela Koul (Omkar Nath), Santosh Zutshi (Vinod) and Reeta Hakoo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
