He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. Lewis and Anita E Sandvoss Lewis; and his daughter Teresa Maevers. He is survived by: his brother Century Farm of Missouri; his children, Guy Lewis (Benita) of Cape Girardeau and Anna Dienstbach (David Sr.) of Cape Girardeau; his brother Delmar Lewis (Brenda) of Millersville; and his brother-in-law Ken Carr. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
