With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Lou Starkey (Cape Girardeau, Missouri), who passed away on February 1, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Meissner and Kathryn Starrett Meissner; her husband James; her son Jimmy Frank Starkey; and her sisters, Bonnie L. Masterson and Kathryn N. Loos.
She is survived by: her sister Pat J. Strauser of Boerne, Texas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to a charity of choice.
