With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmy R. Payne (Cape Girardeau, Missouri), who passed away on September 3, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Ann Abbott. He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Venable (Mark) of Jackson and Debra Lumbley (David) of Modesto, California. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be given to American Legion Post 158 Scholarship Fund.
