She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alexander Considine and Jane Considine (McKeever); her former husband George Hoffman; her sister Jane; her brother-in-law Joe Latkovich; her son Steven Hoffman; her daughter-in-law Margaret Waterman; her grandchildren, Michelle Pike, Jeremy Pike, Laura Hoffman, Jessica Hoffman and Russell Hoffman; her husband Kenneth Knight; and her children, Debra Hoffman (Pike) and James Hoffman.
