He was predeceased by: his children, Kevin Wayne Biester, Tonya Sue Biester and Paul Biester; and his siblings, Melvin Biester and Elvira Best.
He is survived by: his parents, Henry W. and Faye Phillips Biester; his wife Judith Biester of Cape Girardeau; his children, Carla Burnett (Larry Kitchen) of Cape Girardeau, Ricky Biester (Porsha) of Portland and Jeff Biester of Perryville; and his sisters, Alberta Wilke of Cape Girardeau and Millicent Fluegge of Jackson. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
