He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Phillips and LaVerne Smith Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Kemner of Cape Girardeau; his aunt Clara Phillips of Cape Girardeau; and his cousin Alan Phillips of Jackson, Tennessee. He is also survived by numerous other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
