Fornkohl of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; his daughters, Melissa Flentge (Richard) of Cape Girardeau, Christy Parrish (Marurice Mann) of Scott City and Georgia Poly of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and his siblings, Carolyn Blakely of Cape Girardeau, Fawn Morgan (Gordon) of Cape Girardeau, Joy Schlegel (Darrell) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Tom Fornkohl (Jane) of Cape Girardeau and David Fornkohl of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.
