With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leonard Koeing (Cape Girardeau, Missouri), born in New Wells, Missouri, who passed away on October 1, 2019 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Martin R. Koenig and Ella Scholl Koenig; his sons, Larry Koenig (Tamara) of Jackson and Terry Koenig (Vickie) of Jackson; his grandchildren, Andrew Koenig (Caitlin) of St. Louis, Austin Koenig (Taylor) of St. Peters, Terry "T. K." Koenig (Jessica) of Oran and Jessica Simmons (Chris) of Jackson; his great grandchildren, Tristen Koenig, Jacob and Luke Simmons; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jonathon and Jada Tyler; and his sisters, Irene and Virgie.
Memorials may take the form of contributions to St. Paul Lutheran Church Building Fund or Charity of Choice.
