It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Wynne of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, born in Steele, Missouri, who passed away on August 31, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Hammonds and Hattie Bell Pittman Hammonds; her husband Eugene Wynne; her sons, Charles and Allen Ray Hammonds; and her siblings, Samuel, Willie Jr., Walter, Percy, Pearline, Jesse, Ernestine and Grace.

She is survived by: her children, Jerry Hammonds (Minnie) of Cape Girardeau, Ike Hammonds of Cape Girardeau, Aloise Fulks of Jefferson City and Denise Wynne of Kennett, Missouri; her stepdaughters, Geraldine Harrell, Mildred Hutson, Margaret Taylor and Christine Taylor; and her brother James Hammonds of Chicago, Illinois. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to St. Francis Hospice.
