It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Wiggins (Cape Girardeau, Missouri), who passed away on November 11, 2019, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Zane C. Hulcy and Sharon B. Hulcy Barrows.
