He is survived by: his sons, Andrew Bentlage (Rachel) of Cape Girardeau and Austin Bentlage of Union, Missouri; his grandson Archer Bentlage of Cape Girardeau; his brother Doug Bentlage (Debbie) of Muskego; and his nephew Nicholas Bentlage of Muskego.
