She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy and Esther Marcella Cowger Estes Sr.; her former husband Lail "Cotton" Bernard; and her brother Troy Estes, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Joseph McNelly of Cape Girardeau; her children, Lacey Bernard (Patti) of Saint Charles, Missouri and Wendy Nenninger (Wes Medler) of Jackson, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Holly Tucker (Adam) of Cape Girardeau, Jenna Smith (Blake) of Jackson, Austin Nenninger of Jackson, Libby Bernard (Tyler Combs) of Sikeston and Evan Bernard of St. Charles.
