He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Yvonne Willingham, Matt and Lee Townsley. He is survived by: his parents, J. Robert Willingham and Pat Willingham of Cape Girardeau; and his brothers, David (Courtney) of Jackson, Daniel of St. Louis and Matthew (Audrey) of Springdale, Arkansas. He is also survived by four nieces, one nephew, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Southeast Missouri or to Craig Hospital, 3425 South Clarkson Street, Englewood, Colorado 80113.
