He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Bennett and Helen Bennett; his brother David (Kay Bennett); his nephew Bryce Bennett; and his brothers-in-law, Stout and Dr. Ed Lampitt.
He is survived by: his children, Gwenda Hawk (Shaun), Michelle Hardesty (Eric), Ross Bennett (Jocelyn) and Patricia Mothershead II (Russ); his sisters, Debra Stout and Ellen Robson (Rob); his stepmother Jo Bennett; his parents-in-law, Dr. Randy, Trisha Stahly, Katie Lampitt, Tom and Donna Lampitt; and his grandchildren, Harper, Emmeline Hawk, Lily, Elyse, Karis Hardesty, Caroline, Michael, John, Clark, Claire Bennett, Amelia, Michelle and Cilicia Mothershead. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews, cousins.
