He is survived by: his children, Tamara Baker, Chris Welker (Celine Finney) of Austin and Michael Welker of Cape Girardeau; his grandchildren, Hadley, Braeden Bowen, Jacob Welker, Anais King, Makayla and Jordan Welker; his great grandchildren, Zane, Raelynn and Ryelle Bowen; and his sister Bonnie Hahs of Cape Girardeau.
