He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Ganaway and Wilma Marie Scott Grimes; and his sister Jo Donna Grimes. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffery Lynn Grimes (Valerie) of Byrnes Mill and Mark Jason Grimes (Misty) of Cape Girardeau; and his grandchildren, Matthew Grimes, Phillip Grimes, Kolby Grimes and Brynnan Grimes.
