We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2020, at the age of 79, Norma A. Welch of Cape Girardeau, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Glueck and Valeria Grasser Glueck. She is survived by: her husband Tom of Cape Girardeau; her children, Jeff Mabrey of Macomb, Illinois and Jennifer Reames of Prairieville, Louisiana; her stepchildren, Tim Welch of St. Petersburg, Angie James of Hemphill and Clint Welch of Spokane, Washington; her siblings, Larry Glueck of Cape Girardeau, Jim Glueck of Moulton, Texas, Verna Eaker of Cape Girardeau and Marilyn Lappe of Cape Girardeau; her grandchildren, Chris Mabrey, Derek Mabrey, Kayla Mabrey, Jackson Mabrey, Elijah Reames, Olivia Reames, Charlie Welch, Dylan Welch, Atalie James, Kelsie James, Calvin Welch and Reese Welch; and her great grandchild Reese Mabrey.
Due to COVID concerns and for the safety of all family and friends, there will not be a public memorial service.
