With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Opal Pensel-Duncan (Cape Girardeau, Missouri), who passed away on April 12, 2020 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph F. Duschell and Myrtle M. Duschell; and her husband Charles E. Duncan. She is survived by: her former spouse Lieutenant Ralph A. Pensel; her sister Lois Aime of McMinnville; her sons, Ronald Pensel (Jan) of Battleground, Washington, Tim Pensel (Mary) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and Rob Pensel (Debbie) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.; her grandchildren, Kristine Grabel (Wes) of Cape Girardeau, Jill Mosebach of Brooklyn and Josh Pensel (Kenzie Cullen) of St. Louis; and her great grandchild Zea Grabel of Cape Girardeau.
