He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Warner and Ruth Mae Brown Warner; his daughters, Sandra Kay Baker and Connie Sue Wissman; and his siblings, James Warner and Elsie Hazel.
He is survived by: his wife H. LaVerne Warner of Cape Girardeau; his children, Orville Ray Warner Jr. (Amy) of Millersville and Beverly Gwen Warner of Arnold, Missouri; his sister Edna Carter of Scott City; and his grandchildren, Brandy, Tori, Josh, Amber, Bradley, Travis and Chauntel. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society.
