He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Childs and Mary Evans; and his brother Robert Childs Evans Jr. of Cape Girardeau. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Evans of Cape Girardeau; his children, Patrick F. Evans (Amy) of Lake Ozark, MO, Alexandra, Nathaniel, Matthew Evans of Cape Girardeau, Ethan, Gwen, Charles Evans (Allison) and Cecelia of Cape Girardeau; and his siblings, William G Evans (Karen) of Bonne Terre, MO, Louis Houck Evans (Mary) of Scott City and Mary Elizabeth Auer of Cape Girardeau. He is also survived by his wife, sons/ daughter-in-laws, and especially his grandchildren.
Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Pat 'Gator' Evans.
