He is survived by: his wife Wanda Meloy Toma of Cape Girardeau; his children, Diana Wickham of Gladstone, Robert F. Jr. Toma (Nancy) of Ocala and Timothy Toma (Patty) of Wildwood, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Kim Pearcy, Robin Bruno, Julie Warfield and Charles Toma. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
